IntelliRoll® products purchased through www.intelliroll.com can be returned for a refund within
30 days of your original purchase date with the following conditions:

• Unopened products, in original factory packaging, will receive a full
refund, minus the initial shipping cost, upon successful return of the product to the
address below.
• Opened products will receive 50% of the original purchase price, minus
the initial shipping cost, upon successful return of the product to the address below.
IntelliRoll® products purchased through www.intelliroll.com can also be exchanged for any
other IntelliRoll® product, within 30 days of your original purchase date with the following
conditions:

• Unopened products, in original factory packaging, will receive 100%
credit of the original purchase price, minus the initial shipping cost, towards an exchange,
upon successful return of the product to the address below.
• Opened products will receive 60% credit of the original purchase price,
minus the initial shipping cost, towards an exchange, upon successful return of the
product to the address below.
To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner please include a copy of the email
confirmation of shipping and/or purchase receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the buyer. Cash refunds are not available. Refunds or exchange credits will be credited back to
the original payment method. Please contact us in advance of any return by emailing us at
