I've tried many foam rollers over the years, and too often it was a struggle to keep the muscle I was working on, on the roller. The IntelliRoll has solved this problem. It's easy for me to position and stay where I want it. Plus, the videos and instructions are very helpful for working on a specific area. My abs are also engaged with certain movements. This purchase was actually for my daughter, who three months ago gave birth to our granddaughter. My daughter is starting to run again and I thought this would be useful. I already own two older Intellirolls and use them every day after a workout. The design really let's you target specific areas effectively.
