IntelliRoll® warrants its products against material defects.
Refunds requests are subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department. If you believe your IntelliRoll product is defective, send a digital photo of the defect to CustomerCare@IntelliRoll.com with subject “material defect”. A team member will get back to you with a decision within 72 business hours. Due to the expansive nature of EVA foam during manufacturing, slight variations in surface uniformity may occur;
Additionally, some products may emit a slight squeaking noise during usage due to the 2-part construction. These expected variations are normal and do not constitute a material defect. Material defects are limited to structural non-conformities that substantially prevent the product from operating or functioning as designed according to its specifications.
