Which IntelliRoll is right for me?
The PRO is a medium density roller. Ideal for those who want a flexible roller with some give, it's the most versatile of our rollers.The MAX is a very firm density roller and ideal for those who love a deep tissue foam roller.Seasoned foam roll users benefit from both THE PRO and THE MAX. Each density feels great on differing muscle groups. We recommend a 2 pack to experience the best of both!For first time foam roll users, we recommend starting with THE PRO.
What's different about IntelliRoll?
The patented design of IntelliRoll's Body Zones along with the central Spine Zone are what make IntelliRoll foam rollers unique. Most foam rollers are flat, some with fancy knobs and features, but still flat. However, all human bodies have curves. When we put a curved object on a flat surface we get a single point of contact. When we put a curved object on a concave surface we get a broad surface area contact. What this means is that IntelliRoll's patented design massages multiple muscle areas at one time. It's like a great big hug around your muscles. This hand-in-glove fit provides increased comfort with fast, efficient results. The curved design also gets well into muscles we can't usually reach with a straight surfaced roller. Examples are the subscapularis muscles, the hip flexors and the low back. IntelliRoll also comes with a full body self-care routine called the Pressure Release Flow. It was created by Dr. Khodabakhshian, D.C. to highlight all the main areas of the body where tension most commonly builds. Done daily it significantly improves the health of your spine as well as increases full body mobility.
How long before I get my order?
West coast orders usually take 1-3 days and east coast orders usually take 3-5 days for delivery. We use USPS and UPS for shipping. International shipping is dependent upon the destination and shipping method.
