I like intelliroll, having used the firm roll at work. I finally ordered one for personal use, and yet i received this review survey before getting the product? I got shipping information a week ago and it still reads as USPS is waiting to revive the package. Would love to put in a review of the product, if i had it.

I have pain in the back of my neck that is causing tension in my shoulders. This is helping me release the tension.

I use this intelliroll the first thing every morning to help with chronic neck pain. When possible I take it on snow skiing trips and can work out the tight muscles that often end up causing knee pain. Recently I started a full body routine instead of waiting for a sore spot and I feel much better. This is an incredible product. I use the black one primarily but have also used the blue one.
